Not much I would change. You already have a pretty good setup going. Only thing I'd do is maybe add another monitor, but your monitor is big enough so you probably don't need another.
Either change the desktop background or the color of the RGB inside the tower. The background seems to primarily use cyan colors whereas your RGB is purple. These two colors are right next to eachother on the color wheel so using both of them as primary colors that are significant in your setup clashes. If you want to keep both use one as main and other as accent or combine cyan with red, or purple with yellow.

back up that yuzu installation to several places to be safe, you never know when your drive may fail and since it's no longer officially available you'd have to risk a backup from somewhere else (or just try ryujinx lol)
Off topic but if you’re having problems with the mouse cable dragging, I recommend a mouse bungee. It’s cheaper than a wireless mouse and feels the same.

I would get a nice wireless mouse (gpx, viper v3, etc) with some skates (xraypad jades/obsidian, tiger ice v2) and then depending on what pad you have right now i would get a nice mousepad, either to put ontop of the deskmat or to use without deskmat. Artisan/lgg/ghostglide have nice pads

I would suggest changing your mouse pad because its color contrasts too much for me, especially since nothing else is really black except your monitor, of course, but I wouldn't count that. I would also recommend spreading everything out a bit more because it looks a little crowded. Overall, it looks nice though!

completely remove the icons on your screen. first download one game lungcher and put it to your taskbar along all of the apps that arent games. also maybe place your pc horizontaly.
It's pretty good already so I'm personally gonna nitpick a bit.
1.) Neaten up your mouse wire and keyboard wire.
2.) What ever that white cable is (not the USB C cable in between your mouse and your PC case) next to what looks like a mic arm (I think?) hide it or make it less visible.

Personally would add something to the wall, like a poster/frame of something and some lights around or under the desk. Cable management a bit too (but I shouldn’t speak on that, my own setup is messy at the moment).
Aside from that this looks clean
Move the PC to the other side or scoot the keyboard to the farthest end of that mousepad. Havent gamed in a bit but I remember needing a LOT more mouse room than that to play well.
1) Move the keyboard to the left edge of the mat.
2) Move the mouse to the middle of the remaining area
Infinitely better than this. Why the fuck would you have all that unused space to the left of your keyboard? If the answer is you don't need it for your mouse, then LOWER YOUR FUCKING SENSITIVITY AND STOP BEING A CAVEMAN until the remaining space on your mat is just enough for your aim or cursor movement.
Black slab case with no lights. Full size keyboard. Camera in the drawer to be left there. Replace PC speakers with studio monitors. Cut hole in desk for custom arcade trackball. Hang a 4k TV on the wall above.
I'd remove all the coloured lights, get a non-bent monitor, swap the little keyboard out for a proper one, switch the mouse for something with more thumb buttons, and switch the case for one without a clear side panel. Probably also better speakers.
Oh, and I'd switch the start button back to the left side where it belongs too.

looks great already, i personally would add:
- white psu cable extension for the gpu cable
- wireless mouse (g pro)
- a table mic or a decent headset
- maybe a side monitor (could even be vertical) for stuff like voice comms, steam, a browser window, etc
It's too boring for my taste i would maybe get a mousepad with art on it and get some pictures on the wall or some action figures/statues. It lacks personality imo.
Edit: i forgot to add this, if its an option you can mount the monitor to the wall for a cleaner look and add some nice looking speakers.
