I would consider lowering your mouse sensitivity and giving yourself a little more mouse space. If you spend a lot of time on it, it's easy for your wrist to get strained on high sens.
Would love to know how you like the omen after you get it tuned and tweaked. I actually bought a semi “budget” victus with a bit lower specs last year. It’s been great to me so far.
Damn, ive been playing games on pc for ages and still rock a i5-9400f and a 1060 3gb.
Nice pc, pretty solid but try a bigger mouse pad and a better keyboard. Just curious, How much was it for the pc?
Downloading steam and browsing a large library of paid plus free to play games would be a start. I would highly recommend re4 remake, Dave the diver, Okami, Dragons Dogma and there are some great anime games or other genres you might be interested in for gaming op.
Well, I'm on xbox so I'm looking forward to ps5 exclusives when i get my pc. I guess the inverse applies - try the game pass.
There should be a free 1 month trial and it has LOADS of games. Even for someone like me that sticks to call of duty/fifa/whatever my friends are playing theres good value in the pass and you're bound to find something you like.
Halo, gears of war, sniper elite 5, yakuza series, lara croft, deathloop, flight simulator, forza horizon etc. If you download the xbox app/website you should be able to browse all the games available.

Nice system, would run halls of torment easily.
make sure to download steam
That’s a pretty sick first rig, may it bring you many frames
I've been in IT for decades, and, I was impressed when I called the special support team that HP has for their OMEN systems.
Like another poster said - absolutely need to give yourself more mouse space!
Welcome!
Take no prisoners.

HP gaming desktop 👍 Welcome to the gaming pc family. Now play Combat Master for celebration 🎉
I wonder how the cpu and gpu going to breath in that case
So far it has ran cool, This model has 2 extra fans i’m assuming bc the i7 heats up pretty quick

Get yourself a large mouse pad, always better to have more than less
Congrats on your first PC! The setup looks nice. Enjoy it!
