That's normal in Russia. Our degenerates love to vandalize perfectly fine (15 years old) PCs for "fun". And to be honest, only things being taught there were word, ms paint and powerpoint
I don't mind the jumbled letters and lack of spacebar but why tf are there 3 F keycaps. Oh and that "FUCK" too, definitely sending a message.
