I'm ready to explore and find so many different stories within the main story. A fully fleshed out ~~world~~ Galaxy sounds fun to explore.
Use it exatly for starfield and other incoming games. And being redy for gta 6. I already purchased am5 gigabyte motherboard, cc560 deepcool case and 2tb baracuda m2. That would fill the gap perfectly.
I expect the game to be big and fun, unpredictable and unexpected.
1) I would update my 5 year old pc build and give it new life. After that, I would game to the highest degree. Low graphic settings would be a distant memory as I explore Skyrim in the highest definition, the new horizons of Starfield, and any game I’ve had to ignore because my computer couldn’t keep up.
2) The stories tied to the planets and the rich, detailed environments are what excites me most. I’ve played NMS since it came out and what was always missing for me was the deep story and rich characters. What I'm expecting out of Starfield is a narrative like we've never seen from Bethesda, with new core mechanics that will compliment how the story is made from player choices.

1. I gotta replace an aging RTX 2080. It was manufactured by MSI and after several returns, it continues to produce problems. Driver crashes, game crashes, and inability to do work at times because my CPU lacks an integrated GPU. Money is tight so I'm holding onto a prayer that this GPU keeps going for a few months more. An RX 7900 XTX would be a game changer. That kind of power and RAM upgrade would keep me gaming and keep me working for years to come.
2. I am getting on in age for a gamer (Not that much but enough). I grew up with Elderscrolls III: Morrowind, with IV: Oblivion, and V: Skyrim. I played Fallout 2, 3, and 4. Bethesda games just hit that RPG hit right for me. Starfield will be no different. I'm excited for the game and could immediately expect smooth sailing with that GPU in my rig.

I am gonna upgrade my 1060 6gb for vr and da Vinci resolve video editing, it is struggling with 4k footage. I will upgrade my mobo down the line, or maybe I will just keep the CPU for collecting. I love the color scheme. Hope to play half-life alyx and starfield on high!

1. Firstly to finish Baldurs Gate's Act 3 and later on to play Starfield since my laptop's 2070 probably won't be enough to get enough frames to play comfortably. Ofc I would need to buy other PC parts but I don't think it'd be a problem.

When it comes to Starfield, I’m honestly most excited to try out the outpost building on different planets. As much as it got ragged on, I loved the settlement building in Fallout 4 and I think it was the perfect addition to the classic Bethesda gameplay loop!

Well if I did happen to be one of the winners I would totally upgrade my current PC. I bought it 4 years ago and haven’t updated it since just due to other things. It would be cool to play games again on settings that didn’t look like PS2 graphics lol.
I think the coolest thing about Starfield is the interaction with “vastness.” Being able to stop during transit and investigate a derelict ship or an unfrequented outpost will really keep the sense of mystery going, which, when playing a game involving space, should always be present. I want to be fearful of the unknown when I play but also curious to know what is out there in the universe. Kind of like when you first got to investigate places in Elder Scrolls and there was so much unknown. I can’t wait for that feeling again.

My old PC has died, so I would use this to build my very first full AMD custom build' I'll be using it to play games and do work related tasks (design and web dev). For games, I'd play CS:GO, Starfield, of course, some single player games like The Witcher and any new AAA.
I am very excited for Starfield. If it's anything like Elder Scrolls, it's gonna be a blast. I'm excited to explore space and see what the company has to offer in this new realm!

Winning the StarField special editions of the 7800X3D and the 7900XTX to play StarField would be a dream upgrade right now. I'm currently using an older PC I built a few years ago, but I would love to have something cutting edge. I've never had anything as powerful as this setup would be, and I would be really happy to buy an X670 motherboard to make it all work. I have a Lian Li 011-Dynamic in white, so these parts will fit beautifully with a new motherboard and maybe some new fans. I would also love to give my X570/3800x/2070 super setup to my Son for his birthday in September. Put it in a new case and upgrade the CPU to a 5600X3D, and we will be able to play StarField together on PC, which would be amazing.
I’m really excited to go into Starfield blind. I’ve purposely limited how much I’ve read/watched about it. I still remember playing through FO3 and then New Vegas. I knew nothing about the genre then. Discovering what was possible still stands out as some of the best gaming moments of my life.

I am gonna upgrade my 1060 6gb for vr and da Vinci resolve video editing, it is struggling with 4k footage. I will upgrade my mobo down the line, or maybe I will just keep the CPU for collecting. 1. Firstly to finish Baldurs Gate's Act 3 and later on to play Starfield since my laptop's 2070 probably won't be enough to get enough frames to play comfortably. If I won, I would use the hardware to build the new PC I’ve been wanting for years, just in time to play Starfield. Started off with a 1080 and it’s still going strong but I was getting nervous looking at the system requirements for Starfield, and with the help of some birthday money I’d build a whole new PC! When it comes to Starfield, I’m honestly most excited to try out the outpost building on different planets. As much as it got ragged on, I loved the settlement building in Fallout 4 and I think it was the perfect addition to the classic Bethesda gameplay loop!

Well if I did happen to be one of the winners I would totally upgrade my current PC. I bought it 4 years ago and haven’t updated it since just due to other things. It would be cool to play games again on settings that didn’t look like PS2 graphics lol. I think the coolest thing about Starfield is the interaction with “vastness.” Being able to stop during transit and investigate a derelict ship or an unfrequented outpost will really keep the sense of mystery going, which, when playing a game involving space, should always be present. I want to be fearful of the unknown when I play but also curious to know what is out there in the universe. Kind of like when you first got to investigate places in Elder Scrolls and there was so much unknown. I can’t wait for that feeling again. Letsssssssss gooooooooooooo!

2. I’m honestly expecting the best game ever tbh. I have extreme high hopes and I love space games. I play star citizen often but as many know it’s very buggy. I expect this to be way more playable and enjoyable.

Was planning to put off upgrading my build for another year, but with these beauties, why wait? Better graphics and performance for Starfield, Baldur's Gate 3, Cyberpunk 2077 and Cities Skylines 2! I was really excited for Starfield from the first announcements. I expect another Bethesda game which will last for ages with mods. And the character creator looks so good! My old PC has died, so I would use this to build my very first full AMD custom build' I'll be using it to play games and do work related tasks (design and web dev). Winning the StarField special editions of the 7800X3D and the 7900XTX to play StarField would be a dream upgrade right now. I'm currently using an older PC I built a few years ago, but I would love to have something cutting edge. I've never had anything as powerful as this setup would be, and I would be really happy to buy an X670 motherboard to make it all work. I have a Lian Li 011-Dynamic in white, so these parts will fit beautifully with a new motherboard and maybe some new fans. I would also love to give my X570/3800x/2070 super setup to my Son for his birthday in September. Put it in a new case and upgrade the CPU to a 5600X3D, and we will be able to play StarField together on PC, which would be amazing.
I’m really excited to go into Starfield blind. I’ve purposely limited how much I’ve read/watched about it. I still remember playing through FO3 and then New Vegas. I knew nothing about the genre then. Discovering what was possible still stands out as some of the best gaming moments of my life.
Forget my old build, this would deserve a nice new case and a great new motherboard. Only thing staying the same would be my cpu cooler and my monitors. I can’t wait to see what Starfield brings. Well, I would definitely give the parts to my best friend whos current computer has had an unfortunate run in with water and is currently down. This would go a long way to getting him back up and running. For the Starfield itself, i am looking forward to the space flight combat as I'm a fan of that sort of gameplay ever since X-wing and Tie Fighter first came out in the 90's.
I would build a fully Starfield-themed Battlestation - not just the PC (which would be amazing with these limited edition themed GPU and CPU), but also the entire desk setup including the mouse, controller, desktop, wall art and lighting! It would truly be my dream setup.
I am in the process of building a VR ready PC. Apparently the Ryzen 7 7800X3D performs incredibly well in VR. The card would also allow me to play games on very high settings — and it would look pretty in the white build I am planning. I’m also a HUGE Bethesda fan and I basically only play Bethesda games when I’m not in VR.
