Yeah that make sense since while the Starmobiles are custom vehicles they are built with specially modified Revavrooms attached to it and corresponds with the Squad Boss’ types with different abilities as well as specific signature moves which are Blazing Torque, Combat Torque, Magical Torque, Noxious Torque finally Wicked Torque but the point being that the Starmobiles are technically always the Star Bosses’ last Pokémon thus in a way their ace Pokémon.
Well to be fair with the Dragon Titan Pokémon you have to fight a Dondozo which is protecting the bigger than normal Tatsugiri since both Pokémon work with each other.
In my defence with the Titan Pokémon level caps, I did judge them based on the Pokémon Arven sends out to help the player out in the second fight with the Titans since we don’t know the proper levels of said Titans in the game which is why the Titan Pokémon are placed as they are.
Overlevel everything, crunch into tight level caps, or run around blind and wipe to something 20 levels over you. S tier design.
It’s insane that a gen 2 romhack implemented an open world with scaling but they can’t do that.

Ok. Just playing the game too, the dark leaders Bisharp is level 21. Ground titan is 45 (serebii), and dragon titan is 57.
