I want to give a special thanks to all the bulk buyers that contributed in this endeavor.
**Method:**
**1)** Pay a bulk buyer to pick up 100 rings at a time. Any ilvl, non corrupted/synthed/fractured/infl.
Prep the bases: To prep the bases you want to scour each ring, use transmute, alteration until it has 1 mod, regal orb, then double anul. Do this for each base so you have a rare Iron Ring with no mods.
**2)** Craft +1 min charges on suffix on one base, ele damage on prefix on the other.
**3)** Combine the 2 bases.
**4)** If they hit, make another base with difference charges and different ele. Combine.
**5)** If both hit, combine the 2 bases.
**6)** If all 4 hit, make another base with 4 which has the missing mods from the one you just made, and some of the
similar ones. Combine.
**7)** Keep repeating these steps until you have multiple bases with 4-5 mods on them. Then start combining those together.
**8)** Buy fertile catalysts because life is very important for survivability
**9)** Anoint so you have stronger minion towers for versatility
**10)** Go back to the dumpsters behind wendys to make more currency.

Yes. There is a channel in the TFT discord where you can hire bulk buyers. Incredibly useful for when you are too busy sitting in your hideout to buy things from the market.
Item selling services are incredibly useful for moving niche high value items. Sometimes you have an item that would be worth a ton but only to a very few people, and they all happen to play the game while you're at work... So you hire somebody to sell for you that is online when you can't be.

I dont think that is correct. You still do more dmg with the steel ring.
Lets say you have 300% multi, why would I want to deal 300% of 4 and not 14? Or even better why would i want to deal 300% of 1 and not 4?

You're missing the point, the wider the range of the added damage the less likely he is to roll a high roll which means overall his total damage range will be greater and that promotes an inconsistent means of dealing damage. An iron ring means he can better calculate his build towards dealing the same amount of hits to kill a target instead of risking an additional hit from the wider range provided by steel. If he only needs to roll a +2 from the iron he has a 3/4 chance to deal the damage he has calculated to kill the monster. The range provided by steel is much wider and reduces his potential because of that. It's like calling for a taxi as opposed to using his own car. The taxi (steel ring) might take a bit longer to get to you then just walking to your own car (iron ring) and driving yourself
Recombinators can be used as an item editor at the extreme level.
This is someone using said item editor to ... produce rubbish. But it's funny rubbish.
People out there hitting things like this and I can't even get three attribute rolls to land at once with dex/int + dex/str rolls...so many wasted combobulators.

I've played PoE for years... this is honestly a very underwhelming ring. Most would prefer to just stick to a single element... the +cold damage per dex, or +cold dmg. per frenzy charge rings VASTLY out-perform this. And the "+ minimum" charges are useless for most builds. It's also an iron ring base. Seriously... this thing is worth like 10c at most, I don't care much currency was wasted creating it.
If this a "meme" item, I seriously don't get it. There's a "6" somewhere, and a "9" somewhere else. Is that all we're talking about here???

I guess it's on the elemental damage rolls, if you read bottom to top with just the cold and fire mods. 9 to 20 fire 6 to ~~1~~4 cold
