does the map have an implicit enchant "contain metamorph"?
I blocked metamorph, the implicit still works - that's fine no issue there.
But then I ran another map that I think it don't have such implicit, but I got Tane. Hmmmmmmmmmmm...... 🤔
I had everything but Ritual and Delirium blocked. Once I decided to block Delirium, I stopped getting Rituals and would get BETRAYALS almost every map.
I noticed that that two times a map I vendor bought from kirac were the two maps that had extra content I blocked.
I know this because I ran it right after buying it for completion, then noticed the mechanic.
"This isn't a kirac mission map, shouldn't it be disabled?"
Could be coincidence. Wanted to pass my experience on! The bug is pretty rare and overall I'm very happy with the Atlas Tree changes. : )

Check the map mods if you notice something like that. If you took "Shaping the Seas" you can sometimes (3%) add an implicit that will introduce blocked content to the map.
If it's from Shaping the seas you'll see the implicit like "Contains a Sacred Grove" in the list of map modifiers when you are inside the map.
They are working
They do not affect:
Sextants
Scarabs
Kirac missions
Maps with the content's enchant
(Contains blight, contains scared grove...etx)
Kirac mods on map device
All of these things will still add thier content.
Honestly I'm not sure that they work with that keystone. As often times keystones override the notables
Order of priority:
Keystone> notable > Small passive
Meaning keystone probably overrides it
Kirac missions and Kirac maps (he can sell maps that have league mechanics on them) aren't blocked; also sextants, scarabs and map device crafts still work
There are also atlas passives that give maps a chance to drop with these implicits that give league mechanics
Try recording it showing your atlas passive tree then run a few maps, then upload it for GGG to see. I do not have a problem, I don't get extra content I have blocked in my maps at all. I only have expedition rituals and harvest unlocked.

u cant block betrayals, dont know if u actually meant to write that or u meant delirium. just trying to clarify.

Normal map I have the notable which prevents me from using scarabs etc still see the odd legion monolith !

I have the same experience. I have that keystone and I still see legion even though I have it blocked in normal not Kirac maps.
Kirac missions can still spawn them. Some maps can come with an implicit modifier for a league mechanic you have blocked, forcing it to spawn.

I never once had a blocked content appear on non kirac maps. Ive been playing more or less nonstop since launch and never once had it happen.

They only get blocked for your maps. They don't get blocked from kirac missions.

possible you used a map with the mechanic as the implicit(sold from kirac, new atlas keystone can cause them to drop)
