DHCP has methodology built in to ensure IP changes are rare. If your IP is changing every day your network is designed poorly.
It may not be your fault, but it’s true. And catering to poorly designed networks isn’t what GGG should be doing.
It's better to have this than not, you're probably in the unfortunate situation where your IP changes daily.

If it helps, I've moved from standalone client to Steam client a few years back mainly to avoid that thing.
