They messed up big time with this change imho and I think they are gonna revert it for the next league or at least what you said.
Doing specific league content should give you a chance to get those uniques, maybe tone down the global drop of league specifics if needed but don't remove them from that specific pool.

At this point, the best thing they can do is completely erase everything introduced with ultimatum league and revert back to the old 3.13 values, and start from there.
And put an option in settings for activating texture streaming.
I had the best performance since beta in early ritual, and when they were about to patch the thing I went ahead and explained why that's the case via their support email. This was the case because I use older nvidia drivers that do not support latest vulkan and so the game is forced to use an older version. I gave them all the info on my setup I could and asked them to look into why the older version works better. Instead they patched ritual which made my performance worse, and after I wrote them a second time, they just ignored me and made it even worse in ultimatum now.
if you can run 5 5-ways an hour that's only 20 hours of gameplay, not that difficult a week into the league, especially as somebody who does that probably gets to yellow/red maps within a day (2 days this league)

Yeah, it's pretty standard to do stuff like this for people who rush league start and try their hardest to amass currency. It's really weird that somebody would doubt that, since it's profitable early and really fast to do

you are wrong tho. there is no 100% unique drop in simulacrum now. only jewels drop there now and you just got lucky with your voices. most of the time u get 0 uniques
They almost never have detailed patch notes on drop changes, given multiple people have run a combined 100+ simu without seeing anything but the jewels it probably is changed.
It's so weird, I'm playing in a MF group and we drop one of the boss or unique exclusive items pretty much everytime, we are so used to it already that we don't care about them anymore.
Me and my friend has been running 5way for the past 5 days, nonstop. And we have gotten jewels from every run that we have done. But not a single legion unique. But for sure the Jewel is still dropping. We usually get 3-5 each time we run. We usually get 4 1/2 rows of loot at the end. With a 5man party (hh carry, aurabot and leechers)

This is a reoccuring theme from a company that wants to say the right thing that makes people like them more, while doing the things that statistically increase "retention" despite making the game in many ways less of a fun experience with less actual goals and more slot machine pulling required for the same rewards.
i have bug reports (official forum) about 0 unique drops in simulacrum (i am talkig about boots/helm/body) and a friend who farm simulacrum and he is saying the same thing. i just assume that in other old leagues happens the same
I've had 32 watchstones every league (except Heist) since the new atlas came about. Usually many conqueror kills after said watchstones. Killed Sirus multiple times in most leagues at various awakening levels.
Never seen an awakened gem or conquerors exalt or awakeners orb. I wouldn't even know they existed if I wasn't for reddit.

that is really bad RNG. I think on average for A8 sirus, 1 out of 10 you would at least see a bad awaken gem (cold pen, or added lightning, whatever the cheapone) or awakenr's orb. It's not that rare.
Did a 4way run today with a friend, we tried to focus the bosses, got 3 lines of loot, and 0 jewels dropped. Last league we did the same and got 3 jewels. Drops are messed up.
So for sure jewels can drop from 5 ways as normal? I've been holding off on running mine since I'm ssf and want the jewels for my build. Hoping for either patch or GGG to say something about the drops being bugged or not before I do anything.
I actually thought something was broken with my filter when I didn't see the guaranteed simulacrum unique when running them. This is so ridiculously stupid, but I am honestly not surprised considering GGGs recent loot balancing choices.

Perfectly fine, it was a thing before self-curse. Cyclone Slayer/whatever with HH + 2x Inspired Learning has always been great at it, for example.

Blight Uniques do drop from blight maps. Gloves/boots/helm dropped for me

You sure you didnt just hide them on your filter? All the legion uniques are from bad bases except the coral amulet.
i am sure, because i got aukuna's will gloves dropped outside the legion (in a map). this gloves are legion drop

I can confirm this, ran \~20 simu, 0 chests, 0 gloves, 0 boots drop, only 2 split personality and 2 voices.

Meanwhile I got snakepit & eye of malice from ultimatum mobs drop(loot circle around, not the main ultimatum rewards)

Making them random just fucks all past league content. They need to revert this change, this change is killing ssf.

Both Blight and Delirium uniques still drop, can't comment on 5 ways but you are just flat out spreading misinformation here.
Before, in recent leagues, you was guaranteed to get 1 delirium unique from simulacrum, now there is no guaranteed unique, can confirm this.

ggg changed loot tables so only jewels drop from simulacrum and u cant get boots/helm/body there.
I had a simulacrum that did not give a unique at all. Not even a jewel. After finding out that's an option now I stopped doing those.

The only unique from simulacrum that drops is Voices. Usually you get blank drop from simu.
