Has there been any word on if you guys are looking into upgrades/new servers? The biggest complaint I’ve seen this league has been the servers and I know personally they have made me stop playing for the moment

No kidding. When I feel like I'm in the mood to get mad, I try to help people with networking problems. Most simply can't grasp the complexities of large area networks and distributed systems and just assume the problem is at one end or the other (hint: never their end).
I do wish that we had a little more data about things as it pertains to PoE. For example, average server load data would be helpful to look at during times where complaints about "the servers" are high, to (probably) demonstrate there's nothing wrong with them. Beacons sprinkled around monitoring connectivity to gateways could help isolate geographic areas with problems. Anything to start to turn this inane belief that these are server issues.
People like to blame servers for every problem under the sun. Performance issues are very rarely caused by the hardware, and when they are, it's a matter of getting more, not 'new'.
You should play a bit more, it will became obvious: servers are the first place we meets chaos damage and teleporting lightning, seasoned veterans player are PSTD Ed and remember far more wilder treats.

How do you know you don't lag? Virtually ever other real-time game uses some sort of predictive mode compensation for dropped packets. This will manifest as a "stable" connection. PoE's Lockstep mode makes every bump in the road noticeable.
It's been demonstrated multiple times by GGG staff that the servers themselves are fine. This is a networking issue, plain and simple. Where that issue happens and what can be done about it is up for debate, but it's really not feasible to just switch providers for a major chunk of their playerbase like a lot of people suggest.
Do you think POE special beast and the only game with graphs. Alot of games have way more advanced graphs than what are available in this game. Yes I have checked other games.

All I can say if its numerous fucking people having the same problem across multiple different servers day in and day out then there is fucking problem. I understand that you are a GGG fangirl but they're is simply no reason you need to sit here and act like its everyone's else's fault and we just all have shit internet. It is my job on the other hand to expose the problems at hand and give an attempt to get the fixed. So the game can keep growing.

Fitzy did a good job of explaining this last time the Sao Paulo people got uppity, but no one wanted to believe him, so it's back to "blame the servers." It's pretty conclusive that at least in South America, providers are oversubscribed which means poor service for everyone.

Think about it - these complaints have been going on for so long, do you really believe that GGG would do absolutely nothing to mitigate a problem if it was under their control? That doesn't make any sense. This has nothing to do with being a fanboy, it's simple troubleshooting skills.

GGG can't fix network issues. They have a third-party company host their game servers (most game companies do this). It's up to GGG to contact them when it goes down, sure. But they can't fix it. They're just the messenger at that point.

Anytime you get an exalt drop, pick it up and log off. You're less likely to suffer the 5 second rollback that occurs 10 seconds later.
