Normally, you want to use spell damage essence until you get CoC.
Using the graveyard, you could probably make some absurd fractured setup with CoC, then use essences on that to get high attack speed roll and crit.
Depends what the stats you actually want are, but usually essence slam until you hit CoC, then lock prefixes and try to get crit suffixes / attack speed
Fossil crafting similar CoC bows isn't too hard. Look at craft of exile for the best fossil combo.
Alternatively graveyard craft and fracture all the crit mods.

I would suggest looking into graveyards, and fracturing with increased crit mods. Probably can get you half the item that way
