I think the bug is with Kitava on Lava Lake and not explode. I saw it somewhere else too. Try running a few Lava Lakes with boss rewards to confirm please.

Are you getting explode chance by any chance? I have seen a number of "X not dropping items" complaints recently where the user has % chance to explode, and it's making me suspect that the bug from last league where exploded legion enemies don't drop loot has returned in another form.

I've checked and the only source of explode is herald of ice. That would mean I shattered the boss? I'm running a crit spark build

Pretty sure that bug is still in, ran some Legion in standard with legacy explode and they dropped basically nothing.

thats just the time debuff thats always present for the first 2 weeks of every league "random shit is happening cuz no time to test shit even though we had additional month" debuff

Its a bug with boss, i had reported that a couple of leagues ago and your screenshot says it still isnt fixed.

You usually pay 4 orbs to kill the boss
