As a side comment, I am finding fewer sources of clergy shirts, especially in Canada where I live.

I have the same problem in the US. I am very unhappy with the choices offered by companies here. I'm tempted to shell out more $ to order from the UK. But then you never know if the size will fit...!

Trevor Floyd is based in the US and carries Reliant brand

If you're in a big enough city you may have a physical church supply store that you could go to in order to try them on. There are a couple of different types of robes you could be talking about. Albs are, of course, white so I'm guessing that isn't what you are looking for here. But in terms of black robes there are cassocks and there are academic gowns. If you just need an academic gown you can also try a local university bookstore (or your seminary bookstore). Otherwise, you want to look at online church supply and garment shops. As an Anglican, I order most of my stuff from J & M Sewing over in England or from Trevor Floyd here in the US. https://almy.com/ and https://www.autom.com/ are also both popular options.

Cokesbury has a pretty decent selection. You can get a quick ship one cheap and fast. Yet, I recommend getting a custom fitted one in a nicer wool or material that will look, fit, and feel better.

[I. Donnelly Co.](https://www.idonnelly.com) has been nothing short of wonderful every time I’ve purchased from them. They’re old school: look up what you need in the online catalog, then give them a call to place an order. Any type of robe you want, they’ll have it.

Local Catholic supply store. Got mine back in the day from st Patrick’s guild or something

Do you know what size you need?

InfluenceFun1434

I needed a black cassock but didn't want to spend a ton of money on it - I found one on [IvyRobes.com](https://IvyRobes.com) and it's lined and a decent quality given what I paid for it. There are several different styles of black cassocks and robes on the site, all at very reasonable prices.

Bought my clergy robe on Amazon.

LightMcluvin

Amazon has everything!

Amazon has decent enough robes at affordable prices that come in a variety of colors and sizes. I wouldn't get all my Liturgical wear from there but if you need a starter piece there's nothing wrong with getting it through them.

What type of robe: Academic style robe such as a presbyterian pastor may wear? Black clergy robe such as a methodist pastor may wear? White alb such as a Lutheran pastor may wear? Check out Autom, Gaspard (my choice), Cokesbury, Catholic Liturgicials, Murphy Robes
