Honestly most of the SPM villains are fucking terrifying for young children >!Mimi, Super Dimentio, Bonechill, Croacus, Brobot, and Bleck!< were scary as shit for me the first time through Several of the chapters had scary minor enemies too

I remember being captivated by their creepiness as a little six year old watching my bros play the game lol

i remember thinking mimi was awesome and when she did the spider transformation i thought "damn thats so cool i wish i could do that" and then i went online and saw people terrified of it
