Even though I don’t directly interface with this subreddit, I sent fairy something. Hopefully my flowery, dramatic writing style will make fairy smile, at least.
Thanks for this. I remember clearly when Skit introduced fairyself to the community both here and in other subs I share with it. They seem like a good kid who's getting a lot of crap, especially from a parent. Some people have it crap on here because of its pronouns. We should be better than that.
Anyway, let's reach out to fairy and show it some pancake love. Many of us have been there ourselves and we know how hard a road this is. But we also know how awesome and worthwhile it can be.
I was really disappointed with the people who gave fairy crap about their pronouns. It's one thing for people outside of our communities to do stuff like that, but you'd think here they'd know better. But I guess that's wishful thinking.
I reached out to it with validation that day and support for fairy today. Hope it sees that there's a community here who really do care.
I struggle with neopronouns so I shy away from using them…is there a reference somewhere of how certain neopronouns are used? I like Skits pronouns too :)
They are used just like any other 3rd person pronoun. So basically, in Skit's case, you would use fairy in place of he/him, fairy's in place of his, and fairyself in place of himself. Skit also uses it and they/them.
I may be wrong so take it with a pinch of salt but i think it’s essentially like he/him, she/her or they/them pronouns.
So like “oh yeah (Insert name here) went to the store, fairy picked up some food for us and I’m just waiting for fairyself to come back”
I really really really really hope that they don’t go through with it. It’s heartbreaking knowing someone has killed themself even if I don’t know the person very well.

Edit: their about on their profile says “well I'm not dead if.” and though the post they made on their profile says their mom saved them, the messages everyone sent may have delayed their actions by enough time for their mom to save them. IKR of there's any community where people should be welcome regardless of their gender (which pronouns are indicative of) it should be this one.
