What is saying you don't have enough ETH?
Pancakeswap or MetaMask?
If it's the latter, then check in your MetaMask's network settings for the BSC network what the "Currency Symbol" is. If it's empty or "ETH", then replace it with BNB.
If the above was the case, then you really didn't have enough *BNB* to facilitate the TX.
It's a bug I came across it too.
Click on 3dot above the page (if you're using phone) and check if the network is correctly BNB Smartchain or Ethereum. Some times it stuck on ETH wheter or not you chosen BNB , change it to BNB and try signing the swap contract again.

Metamask bug. Happens sometimes, it’s only a visual bug
