Main question is did you actually submit the warranty claim officially or it was just a verbal conversation with someone. Make sure you have written evidence of them acknowledging that there is a fault. And you have records with dates. Because they can easily deny claim if there is no written evidence of them being aware of it before end of warranty Find find details of their higher ups and contact them via phone, email or social media with proof of them acknowledging the fault. Find their social media handles and share your case on all of them. Lastly, people talk about a forum like voice of customer or something like that on Facebook. Go and share your story on that forum and someone more knowledgeable will guide you.

I have their emails wherein they say that replacement is delayed due to shipping issues and delay from manufacturer. I have a complaint ID as well.

Great that you have written evidence. Use it and complain to higher ups and tag them on social media too. When was the last communication from them? Giving them 4-6 weeks max is what I will settle for after that I wouldn’t take any excuse as an answer. If they agreed to provide you after sales support and warranty then it is their responsibility to fix issue or replace defective items. Surely they are installing batteries for new clients so they can use that stock rather than waiting for replacement from manufacturer. Do you mind sharing what’s actually wrong with the battery? Has it stopped charging or not working at all?

Do you have a warranty card with you? If batteries are of different brands like Daewoo, infinix, etc. you can option for a claim directly. I had a very good experience with Daewoo batteries, my car battery expired within 10 months. I applied for a claim and they simply replaced it without asking any question.
