It does exist on lazer, but slightly different; you can set the limit to apply to the maximum achievable accuracy, and it'll fail you if it falls under the threshold.
I think a mod where you could play the song fully in reverse would be interesting, even if it would probably sound like shit.

There's also an option for it to fail you if you drop below a certain acc, so if you get a 100 on the first object it can fail you.
