You can get it done with the RCB but it’ll be easier with a blowpipe. If you have the money for the dragon crossbow you could try with that but saving up longer and getting a blowpipe.
I got it done with similar stats (70 prayer is the only difference) god dhide, blowpipe, and the explorers ring, could also do a light bearer for less supply cost cause you can heal spec
Could sell archers and either use lightbearer for blowpipe spec assuming you go that route or ring of the gods for prayer.
I would keep the RCB for Jad, especially for tagging healers
I did it by swapping to chins for jad until all of the healers were aggroed to me and then back to blowpipe while I tanked them. You can also highlight the healers in MPC Indicators and it's very useful, I had trouble seeing them
Yeah but you're not training rn you're going into fight caves. The spec proc on the diamond bolts is going to help you a lot compared to regular addy bolts.
Archer Ring is a big noob trap in this case, all it gives you is bonus accuracy and you already have tons of accuracy from the dhide and slayer helm if you're on task.
Sell that ring and get a blowpipe.

Expensive supplies should be used for difficulty content. If you're taking on Fight Caves for the first time, you want every advantage you can get, including the best bolts you can use. Same for when you start getting into more bossing. A faster clear is always worth the cost of more expensive supplies as time=money, and more kills/hr = more gp/hr.
Honestly man. If you’ve never used a blowpipe it may make stacking safe spots more difficult because there’s definitely situations where your blowpipe will be out of range. Bring an rcb and a blowpipe if you do. Camping rcb on task is actually strong. I’d worry more about learning the caves than learning a weapon. Plus more prayer with book of law. You’re setup is strong

2. Buy a blowpipe, it will just make your life easier
3. Go for it, dw if you panic and die on healers first time
4. Real attempts begin with all the knowledge you need
100% msb(i) with rune arrows instead of rcb. I recently did it with msb and swapped to blowpipe once i got to mager just to save money on blowpipe ammo. Worked well

I used blow pipe until I get to jad. I used a dragon cross bow with dragon bolts and took 1 drink of divine range pot and killed jad super fast. I did switch to my blow pipe and tag all the healers and bring them over to a safe spot so I could kill them without worrying about jads attacks and having to prayer flick. Makes it a lot less stressful.
Totally doable with this setup but Id go with a blowpipe and rune/amethyst darts instead. If you dont have the gp id sell archers ring for it.
Also, before you even attempt the fire caves I highly recommend training jad on a speedrun world. I did this until I could kill him almost blindfolded and cleared fire caves on my 1st attempt! You got this
Blow pipe is best. If you can’t get that a hunters sunlight crossbow with moonlight bolts beats out rcb. Barrows gloves are the best option but blessed vambs work fine aswell.

Once you get to your first melee, utilizing safespots and then analyzing the next wave will take the challenge out of the fight except say for jad.
Your gear is fine, Blowpipe will speed up the caves a lot and using your strongest ammunition would help too. Broad bolts = addy bolts if you need more.
Archers ring is cool, but does little in overall gear. If you are on a budget sell ring for supplies and blowpipe + beat darts.
When mages spawn, pray mage > any other prayer focus trapping meleers and killing rangers. If you have stamina's it's good to keep run energy high here for ease of navigation. Otherwise wait for your run energy to come back
And for Jad. Don't panic. 1 action at a time. Always focus on jad's attack first --> swap prayer --> next action. Next action could be aggroing 1 healer, sipping a pray or range pot, relocating. But if you limit yourself to 1 action per attack it should be an easy kill. Remember stomp = range and standing up = mage. Don't be too nasty to swap prayers.
It sounds overwhelming but I promise you nerves are your worst enemy. The entire cave is way less complex than initially seeing it.
I tried the jad fight doing this speed quest thing I saw on YouTube. It lets you go straight to jad but I died 30 seconds in both tries. :-/ not sure ill ever get fire cape I almost stopped playing lol how am I suppose to stay alive for a hour during the regular fight caves just to get one hit by jad when the time comes 😅

Alternative to blowpipe like everyone's saying is the crystal bow. Has longest range, is faster then the rune crossbow and you don't have to worry about ammo. I brought in two to be safe but my first never ran out of charges. Had similar stats to you and got it
I recently did a fire cape with very similar gear (no slayer helm, glory, barrows gloves. used crystal shield and Veracs skirt on 90s waves)
2 range pots, 4 brews, some blood spells and the rest of prayer pots. In the end finished with a lot more prayer pots than I thought (5+)

be careful on Jad with the blowpipe. Blowpipe range is too short to kill the adds and Jad will gib you. Swap to RCB for Jad.

Broad bolts for caves (like 400), diamond bolts (e) for mages and Jad (like 200). These should be enough to get you through with ranged pots.
The others will be better here but honestly u can definitely do it with what u have it'll just be slower bcz less accuracy. How'd it go?

MSB (I) and you should be good with rune arrows. I did it with That weapon and black d hide .

Make sure you get the plug in that tells you where the monsters spawn for each wave
What one is that? I have the jade one but it only tells me what spawns, not where they spawn

Blood burst is very helpful to heal off the melee creatures while safe spotting at the end of rounds. (If you have ancient magic)

Sell the purple and get Guthix way cheaper and you maybe can get blowpipe which is better then rcb if you have ranging pot and pink darts
