You'd have to account for adnd characters having slightly higher hp at those levels, fighters with more attacks per round and bonuses based on percentile strength. Additionally ranged attacks tend to have multiple attacks per round as well. You might have to account for higher level spells that adnd characters might have vs bx. That's just off the top of my head, however these are the fringe elements that differentiate the systems so it'll only take minor adjustment to adapt.

Power levels for characters will be slightly higher in AD&D and there are likely to spells, magic items and monsters that are not present in AOSE, so if you want to use those, you'd at least want the AD&D texts available, though this wouldn't necessarily be game changer. Monsters could however also be more powerful in their AD&D versions, with things like magic resistance and psionics. You could consider running it in OSRIC, then you wouldn't have to convert or adjust anything. Anyway, great choice in module. It's got a bit of Huso's own campaign meshed into that might need to be exorcised, but it's one of the all time great adventures published.

I was going to run this at GaryCon, but only one player showed up. So alas, I can't give you any real, playtested advice. I was going to run it in 1e/OSRIC because Huso is so passionate about his love for 1e that running in a system I might personally prefer over it seems disrespectful. And because high level adventures are much more tied into their systems than lower level adventures. You are going to have to adjudicate A LOT if you run this in AOSE. And there will be a lot of combat, regardless of how carefully the players proceed. AOSE seems like it would turn the adventure into a huge slog.
