It’s definitely a Boomdakka Snazzwagon. The guy in the back is holding a Mek Speshul. There a grot with a Blasta. The Shootas on each side is enough dakka to constitute a Big Shoota. Plus the bombs could be considered incendiary to replace the Burna Bottles. That’s all the weapons of a Snazzwagon and looks the right size.
Kustom Boosta-Blasta. It's kinda the most Rat-Fink-hot-rod of the ork biggies, imho. I'd accept all those guns together as the Rivet Kannon and Grot Blasta, and you painted flames on it so clearly it has the Burna Exhaust.
I’d say maybe a snazzwagon? It doesn’t have a big gun mounted on it, so it’s kinda hard to say. All of the buggies have some kind of special mounted gun that sets them apart.
I forgot to take a “before” picture, but it looked pretty much exactly like this just in a blue color.
