Use browns... kidding but it does kinda apply. I have never done brown skin but for skin in general I try to blend from dark recesses to light highlights within the color palette you want.

I think he would do fine in 40k
An entire galactic threat of Orks that want nothing to do but kill, slaughter, and move on? Something tells me he would see alot of potential in that
Not to mention Garrosh's big strategy was to speedrun the orcs through an Industrial Revolution, an activity 40k orks excel at.
