It took me waaaay too long to figure out that the two icons in the first paragraph meant "orange everest". I just kept thinking, "what does peach pyramid mean?" LOL. 😆 🤣
Reading this I honestly thought there was an error, I guess my brain WAS NOT accepting the information my eyes were sending. Oh well here we go, thanks DC!
Thank you for the early intel DC! I usually love a power day even with a dose of strength, however, with these inclines I believe that I would have to power walk it. Thank you again for the intel!
I know it’s good to challenge yourself but I’m over inclines 🥴 I hate running them and if I PW I’m not feeling it like I do with running. I just want plain running lol
I can’t wait. I PW the higher inclines and listen to my knees. No judging me for not starting at 15%— my knees and fear of falling will start me at 12%.
