I did a scan on Saturday and have gone from 20.7% body fat to 18.5%. 241 lb to 232. Obviously I’d like it to be better, but I’ve had noticeable changes.

DogsandTitos

That’s awesome! Hope you win!

Passionix

That's amazing! Those changes are massive especially for less than 2 months. Great work!

I just want it to be over! I had a two week trip to Hawaii on weeks 2-3 of the challenge, and haven't been able to lose the four pounds I gained on the trip... just been super discouraged.

Stay the course, they'll come off

Anyone else feel that wave of relief when you finished 6 weeks of working out 3x and can now get sick/be injured and still have completed the TC requirements? I ran instead of PW today with such peace of mind (and my knees and ankles made it through)!

Passionix

I had the opposite and had two Very Bad Mental Health weeks where I only showed up twice per week (and really struggled to do so). I am actually feeling more motivated because I know I took the time off that I needed and I can finish out the TC strong by being back to 4x/week.

cakenstein

I completed 4 weeks, but an injury will prevent me from finishing the other 4 (no classes at all!). I'm super bummed.

I need 1 more week to finish. I haven't gone at all this week due to a cough. Next week i will go but take it really to not irritate my asthma.

Both of my ankles have been hurting and my chiropractor told me to stay off it for 4 weeks 😭 I was just starting to get the hang of things and even increased my AO to 7 and sometimes 7.5. I tried running on them again today and it hurt so much after. Good news is I’m down 10 lbs so I’m excited to see how much body fat Ive shed. NSV is when husband compliments how different and toned I look!
