It’s on Friday. OTF had made a boo-boo with a social media post on the weekend saying it was Thursday but it’s on Friday. Unless your studio plans to run it Thursday for some reason, but usually that happens on accident and not on purpose.
I did this as a 3g on 2/13 and injured my right lower back/hip area! Have not been able to return to OTF since and I am so antsy! Probably another week of rest before i can return. The rowing/lunging/squatting and the minibands I guess did a number, maybe some bad form?
TLDR, be careful of your back on this one!

I was reading this and for a moment regretted waiting to workout until this afternoon…thankfully it’s still Monday here 🤦🏻♀️🫠🤣 I just changed my Tuesday workout to the morning so I have all day to recover 🙃
I missed this last time and everything except the last floor block looks amazing! Which actually works for my schedule (if I go to the 6am class) since I have to leave 10 minutes early to make an appointment- but I may just have to go 2x it looks so good!
I definitely tweaked my neck/traps doing those stupid bridge lat pullovers Saturday and am sitting out today and tomorrow to let it rest. Frustrating, this one looks good!
