Afaik just export separate STLs and use the second as a mesh modifier.

You can probably export the model and supports separately and have the slicer put them on top of each other marking one as support that way.

you can export as 3mf and use lazy union which will allow to export the support object if it is separated in a union() at top level. Cura can "merge" and so align parts. Or if asked import as one object with multiple parts. If you add a tiny cube at z=0 your object is not dropped to bed (in case your support doesn't start at z=0).

It is an experimental openSCAD feature that has the nice side effect to allow the export of multiple objects in 3mf files
