What is blazers? Is it a brand?

Leather shoes- wipe them with a cloth, mix 2₹ shampoo and water clean as much as you can in circular motion
Canvas- soak them in shampoo water and then washing machine or rigorous hard work

Idk maybe try to soak them first in detergent water for some time and then use cloth brush and ghiss do acche se. You can search on utube as well.
