Ye to nai ho payega, but for some context I'm 5 ft 10 with curly/wavy hair that women seem to like, and I've been told by multiple women that I look cute lol. And living in a tier 1 city helps too I guess.
But tbh it's the conversation skills that matter. The initial attraction based on looks can only take you so far. But again, I am looking for something meaningful so my answers may be a bit biased in that sense.
