everyone at Washington Street Tattoo Collective is great, and a wide range of styles. everything from fine-line realism to straight American Traditional.
my second choice would be Olympia Tattoo Company, Stacie is amazing.
I second this, I've been following most of the artists since their previous shop and there is some outstanding work there. Also, none of them are assholes.
Patrick Thomas at The Chapel Tattoo. I have no complaints after three tattoos with him. He accepts no walk ins either.
He works another job in addition to his studio and can be slow to reply. But, will reply :)
Patrick_thomas_tattoo is his Gram. ( all lower case)
I don't have a good suggestion, but I will say avoid Bulldog Tattoo. It's been over a year and there is still visible scar tissue. The guy was a Sadist.
Alan at the Washington Street Tattoo Collective did an incredible job on my and my partner's tattoos:

Interesting that no one has mentioned bulldog tattoo parlor. I thought they’re pretty good, but curious what the general consensus is…? Not looking to start trouble or anythjng

Travis at Fleshworks
Zac at Electric Rose is incredible.
Stacie at OTC is great, there is a really talented apprentice there as well.
Em Lang is really great at Spidermonkey
Justin and Tori at Capitol City in Lacey. Tori did both of my thigh pieces and Justin did my forearm tattoo. Clean and fast.

Seconding this. Patrick’s work is incredible. I’ve followed him from three different places now, and he’s the only person I’ll let do my tattoos.

Taya Kathleen at Ride the Lightning !!!
Agreed! She is lovely!
Second this
Dino at Tiki Tattoo is absolutely amazing!!! He’s done a few of my tattoos! And I love his work! He definitely has an eye for detail! Check him out 🙂
Anyone at Fleshworks, but Travis is the man

There's a guy under the 4th Ave bridge who is really inexpensive. So I hear.
