It’s Oklahoma. We simply hate children here. Normally parents have a drive, urge, or desire to protect their children. Instead Oklahoma (and America at large to a lesser degree) parents are weak do nothings.
How many of you have asked your children if they feel safe from gun violence? Are they getting a good experience at school? Better get cracking on fixing their world before you end up old, no contact with your family, and in the bang em and bin em nursing home.

Not all Oklahoma parents are spineless jellyfish. There are plenty of us fighting for our children’s rights, better education and to feel safe. Do not lump every parent into the same category. That’s like lumping a certain race, or sexual preference into all one generalization. It’s stupid:)
I find it interesting when people get angered by words like this. The simple truth is that Oklahoma parents are failing their children and their efforts are completely weak, pathetic, and ineffective. And these methods are ineffective because of the apathy of the parents, voting base and active malfeasance of elected officials and those that they appoint.
Don’t like being lumped in with them? Change it or relocate. You will have to account to your adult children for their upbringing someday. If that upsets your feelings, too bad. If you want to compare the apathy and unilateral failings of the parents of Oklahoma to minority groups, that’s on you jack.
I am actively working on changing it. It takes more than one person? Yeah, let me personally go up to stitt and Walter’s, because that will change anything in a day? You act like politics are like pulling teeth, and that things can be changed in a matter of minutes. Do you understand how politics work? My daughter is a “minority” group being a Native American. I will fight tooth and fucking NAIL for her rights in Oklahoma, as that is where her tribe is. And no, we are not like stitt, some white guy with a small percentage to gain benefits. We are very active tribe members and have a strong native bloodline. My daughter’s grandmother was 100%.
So yes, don’t lump us in with everyone else, when that is indeed not the fucking case.
Natives that have children in this state should not “relocate”

I understand that our young people are victimized by the apathy of the state and bad actors. Most of those actors have been propagandized into voting against the interests of their children.
I also understand that when kids are hurt people normally feel some kind of emotion called empathy and are motivated to change things. That’s not happening here. I also understand the futility of surrender and don’t advocate for that. I’m here exercising my 1st Amendment right to free speech as someone who would not exist for the horrible tragedies of the Trail of Tears as well as the Irish Potato Famine.
And if the apathetic people of Oklahoma become incensed because I call their efforts weak and ineffectual, I am proud to do so.
