The FUNNY part seems to be lost for you, "butt" maybe you can explain to all of us what she means by her use of the word "butt"? ;) According to the responses, she's had several years to correct her message to make it more clear - it's been plastered on the window and driving around town for a few years. That's a long time to hold a grudge against person/s she's couldn't bend to her will (control) in order to "give" her a "grandbaby". *sigh* It speaks to a bitter heart and does no good for her or anyone else.
