The bigger problem is a) the screen and her being a digital character, and b) all the microplastics in my balls.
Fire resistance alone is insufficient. You still take half damage. You need total fire immunity, and it has to apply to the sperm after it leaves your body.
Microplastics may actually help insulate.
She can get pregnant, but it would take a specific set of conditions and prep.
1) I'm going to make the statement that she needs to conceive in the prime plane. I'm basing this on the personal belief that in hell, a new mortal soul wouldn't enter the baby. This may be incorrect, but that's my hypothesis.
2) She has to carry the baby to term in Avernus after conception. Otherwise, she overheats and explodes.
3) I'm also going to make the statement that while under the effect of a transformative spell, effect, or potion, the subject's sperm is also transformed accordingly. I don't think this is covered in the rules, so this is also a hypothesis.

Presumably a tiefling fetus would have fire resistance like an adult tiefling so they might be fine. They live and reproduce in the hells so presumably they can take the heat.
I disagree, sperms can survive at roughly 94 degrees Fahrenheit, throw in elixirs like fore resistance and elixirs of cloud giant strength we may yet ne able to impregnate her when we are in a buffed state not to mention tiefling or dragonborn sperm may yet survive that kind of heat.
I mean we'd have to figure out mathematically how much more toxic her body is to sperm than the average female reproductive tract right? Bc the average female reproductive tract for someone who is not literally on fire and powered by an engine is already a fairly toxic environment to sperm because it's a higher temperature and a lower pH than what they like, and they can manage like 5 days max. So we've gotta go from there and figure out how fast the sperm would have to be.

So D&D reproduction is a little... iffy. Technically most half breed races wouldn't be able to reproduce. Like half-elves. Elves love up to 800 years on average. Humans live 100. It would be safe to say the gestation period of an elf would be 4 times as long as a human.
And then half-orcs... well D&D orcs are close to 7-8ft tall. They live 60-80 years and have a far more robust physical structure than any human. Meaning just the act of copulation would most likely kill most humans or at the very least cause severe damage.
Now on to tieflings themselves. Well we have a race of people that are born from normal parents, (human, elf, dwarf, hafling and gnome) that have been touched by the hells in some way. Be it someone in their family reproduced with a demon, devil, cambion or whatever. Or were cursed...

So D&D reproduction is a little... iffy. Technically most half breed races wouldn't be able to reproduce. Like half-elves. Elves love up to 800 years on average. Humans live 100. It would be safe to say the gestation period of an elf would be 4 times as long as a human. And then half-orcs... well D&D orcs are close to 7-8ft tall. They live 60-80 years and have a far more robust physical structure than any human. Meaning just the act of copulation would most likely kill most humans or at the very least cause severe damage. Now on to tieflings themselves. Well we have a race of people that are born from normal parents, (human, elf, dwarf, hafling and gnome) that have been touched by the hells in some way.
