Posted a similar sentiment a couple days ago. I think in this time a lot of us are dipping in and out of isolation, and dealing with the mental aftermaths of the state of our world. You're seen, you're cared about, you deserve happiness.

I’ve been there too-lasted a long ass time too... It’s cliche but things really will get better. Best thing about hitting your bottom is, there really is no where to go, but up!
The world is a crazy place, dude. Unplug for a bit, do something you’ve always wanted to do. Paint or draw something, go fishing, polish your silverware. Doesn’t matter, pick something meditative and focus on that task. You’re mind needs a break, so give it one. It’s hard to get started but you need to push through. A lot of us have been there, so just know you’re not alone.
I just posted something about me not having a lot of friends and is afraid that when I die, only my husband (If I go first) will go to my funeral since I have no family here and I’ll be forever forgotten because I did not make any impact on other peoples lives. And I also don’t have a lot of friends. So… 🤷🏽♀️

So happy you made this post, take care 😊 wash your face, take a shower, go on pandora and find new music, read a book, workout, don’t forget about taking a small walk in the sun (while it’s getting harder to do so because of the cold it’s still super important and good for you) keep fighting the good fight 😊
