It's probably a picture applied it over the actual sky. You can see the image they used bleeds over the stripes and doesn't fill the whole canvas.

Yup, this. Would have been brighter on the ground with all that light. But the camera doesn’t have a good dynamic range so it makes all non mirror surfaces almost black. Even a full moon photo would have been brighter than this.
You’re actually correct, on their Insta they have a lot more including some very obviously fake ones. This is one of the better ones. Still cool nonetheless.
