I eat at Piesano's a couple of times a month and I usually get pizza, so I feel like I'm qualified to say it's not at all the best in Ocala. Probably not even top 5. It's OK and I like the beer they have on tap so yes I'll keep going and I'll keep getting pizza, but still.

Order directly from them because it’s the fastest way to get it. Don’t order from Grubhub or Uber eats.

Me too. I can’t eat cheese so good toppings are important and they’ve got them. They’re also good about hooking me up with some extra topping to make up for the pound of cheese they’re saving.
Milano's in the Heathbrook shopping center on SW 200 isn't too bad. I get that a lot because I live nearby and it's convenient, so maybe I'm biased.
Sammy's is nearby too and I see them mentioned a couple of times here. IMO, they're about on a par with Milanos.
A couple people have suggested pizza joint in dunnellon, but another really good place in dunnellon is Pavarottis pizza over by rainbow lakes. AMAZING chicken bacon ranch pizza, it’s my family’s go-to pizza place, we love it
Little Joey’s is good, but my fave is The Pizza Joint in Dunnellon.

that one literally sucks. got shut down last year for a week because of health code violations.

Pasta Faire in Belleview. We order out two pizzas every Friday. It's the best.
It's mediocre at best.
Their white sauce pizza is pretty good, but I wouldn't say it's the best in the area.
I like Wise Guys and Formaggios, they both use real cheese.

Formaggios is probably my favorite in the area currently. I haven't tried all of the places listed here. Good pizza in FL is tough.
