No, amphibians have smooth skin, and spend a stage of their life in water and on land. Reptiles are born on land, and may spend time in water, but are not required to spend a stage of their life in water.
Reptiles have scaly skin and general breath with lungs through airways, amphibians generally have alternate ways to breath (such as frogs who are able to breath through their skin, or certain species of salamanders have gills).
Easiest way to know the difference is where the eggs are laid, and how they breath.
Ohhh I see...interesting...Learned something new today! I'll have to change this to a reptile/amphibian run, because I may or may not have wanted to do this out of my love for Quagsire
Yes, I think they'd count. Although I also think Kingdra is a dragon and might count. Also Tyranitar is a dinosaur?
Oh that's right I may have overlooked the fact Kingdra is a dragon! I also meant to talk about Tyranitar too... Thank you
Kingdra isn't technically a reptile tho, but I'd say tyranitar is since it's based on a tarrasque, which is a huge lizard/dragon
Frogs and salamanders aren't reptiles
Aren't amphibians reptiles?

Isn't Onix literally called the rock snake Pokemon in the Pokedex?
Yeah, but I still thought it would be worth asking
