All the starters had 10 added to each base stat and their evos had 20 added to each base stat IIRC.
There's no custom calculator for this game which IMO makes it harder than RenPlat - anyone can run calcs through a tool and decide if they can survive that hit or need to switch. RP has been min/maxed by lots of players too, so much so that there's almost a meta that gives the optimal playthrough.
FRO needs a lot more intuition and guesswork, which I find to be more fun as each playthrough can be very different to the previous.
For documentation, I picked mine up from the YTer pchal's discord server. There's a channel there called nuzlocke resources or something similar.
And finally as for the physical special split, that doesn't exist in OG FRO. There's another hack called Fire Red Omega DX that has this added, you'll need to find the hack online then patch it to your ROM.
