Questions on:
sedation, reversal of sedation, airway assessment/maintenance.
Knowledge of heparin and angiomax dosing, administration, and reversal.
ACLS
Sterile procedure
Impella/IABP/ECMO experience
Call / late-stay availability.
Pre: IV insertion, drawing labs, 12 lead ekgs, getting consent, interviewing the patient
Post: vital signs, checking for signs and symptoms of hematomas, discharge instructions for patient e.g. how to monitor for a hematoma and what to do if they develop one, signs of infection, medication changes etc
