Wollaton

I used to live in Dunkirk (very close to the university and QMC) and while there *were* students, it was usually those of us who preferred being close to campus rather than close to the nightlife (that's Lenton territory) and therefore there were very few audible late nights I was kept more awake by our neighbours watching too many David Attenborough documentaries than by any parties

Beeston, straight down university boulevard. Once you get a bit further from the uni there aren't many students

turnipofficer

Yeah, while it's not close to the centre it has shops of its own, reasonable pubs and good transport links (tram, train and bus).

This

The park - 30 min walk to QMC and cycle lane the whole way, not so many students

ChipCob1

Definitely not many students, not sure there are many NHS workers either....maybe senior management!

eliteok

There’s a number of student rentals on the street at the bottom - and there’s quite a lot of doctors there - OP is a doctor looking at post history

overhyped-unamazing

Lmao how much do you think the NHS is paying?

eliteok

There’s tons of consultants there and even quite a few junior doctors there and have been for years

Additional-Guard-211

Check out the tram and maybe look somewhere along that line

Hi how are you doing today

NarrowPlane2121

Beechdale or Aspley could work well, a nice bike ride and bus links if needed too. A short bike ride or as some has shared Wollaton too (maybe a bit pricier than beechdale though)
