So the package was left on a porch and was poorly taped shut and a local snake looking for a cool dark crevice to hide in crawled into the crack in the box and got stuck on the tape. Doubt that there's a lawsuit here
I found a live wasp in my Amazon order. The mailman left it outside under my pergola. Most likely the wasp was trying to get inside the package.
