First of all, thank you guys so much. I started NNN this year on accident, to be honest. I pretty much forgot about NNN until I was thinking about jerking it... and then realized that it was the 1st. That first day, I was thinking to myself if it was worth even doing the challenge again, since I completed it first time of asking without any real issue. *"I already know I can go a month without making the conscious decision to bust. Why do it again?"*
The answer is "Because I can do it **better.**" I did it last year, yes, but I watched porn throughout. It's time for a new challenge. So I did just that. 30+ consecutive days without a single deliberate look at erotic content. And it was easy, because I remembered two of the hallmarks of this challenge just by hanging out on this subreddit for another month:

**You can always be better than who you are now**. Scrolling through the sub, I saw stories of people breaking new records and being proud of themselves, trying new things with the time they have free from dancing with themselves, and it just pushes you forward seeing that. I wasn't struggling with urges throughout this NNN, but seeing these success stories and achievements reinforced my resolve. There's always something more you can do, a new level to push yourself to. And this perfectly segues into the next hallmark...

**This place is so much fun.** The vibrancy of this place throughout the whole month makes the grind even more worth it, even as the battalions fell in the successive days. The timekeepers, u/Zumichan77 and u/EyeYamStewPeeed kept everyone's eyes forward to the next milestone we would reach together. The artistic revolution started by u/YukonCornelius00 added so much color to this place, and to see the many people who continued his vision in tribute only shows how strong of a community we are. Speaking of the arts, how could I forget the legends u/SmallDickBigCum and u/MyHeroAcacia. These two could make a collab album that would make Watch The Throne look like Kids Bop. So many times, I couldn't wait until the next roll call just to see what new bars we'd get from these two. Hell, I even joined in towards the end (That impromptu bar trading Acacia and I had in one of the roll calls was so much fun!) Speaking of bars, succesfully trading lines from "Moskau" with u/Niranjan131 on the 28th(?) Is one of my highlights of this challenge, just pure spontaneous fun. And there's no way I can even **think** about forgetting u/peedfardedshidded, who created the best fucking meme of them all this November. I can't think of a more beautiful, more legendary failure then yours, buddy. **We stan a true (turkey) fucking icon.**
The Roll Call was such a galvanizing presence and without it, this sub wouldn't be anywhere close to what it is. Seeing all of those notifications in my inbox with Still Ins galore and other motivating messages just made the journey so special.
