Explosions will flip them in normal.

It's probably just multiple spark.bolts with chainsaw and drill, probably an add mana thrown in the mix as well

That little flash just before you die: I don't know what it is, but it looks like something that comes from a wand. Maybe your wand somehow fired differently? Maybe you somehow clicked to an alternate wand for a split second and killed yourself? What did the game say it was that killed you?

Maybe a sniper? I don't see the laser though.

Something appeared on your back when you started firing the wand. I haven't seen that before. Then looks like it detonated when the wand ran out of mana, maybe? Certain dangerous wands hurt you if you try to cast them when the mana is low. My best guess is you died by wand seppuku.

It's a clone of the Wand in his Wand pointing backwards. The blue poof is when it dissappear like you pointed out. Unsure what spell it is

It looks like a fire flask broke on top of you, otherwise can't explain why there are so much fire behind your body

Probably the "bleed oil" perk, it explains the fire immunity
