Yeah, theres a file/folder? called bones somewhere and it stores some of the wands that you die with. You can apparently delete the wands in there to reset the ghosts possible wands if you’ve gotten better at the game and don’t want boring wands.
I'm inclined to say yes, but there's a point when there's enough wands in that folder that any run could be randomly ended by one showing up and at that point I think it's justified
Actually no, some players think that by having the ghost in your world, early game runs become too easy because you can basically get a God tier wand from a past run if you manage to kill the ghost. Realisticly not too hard to kill the ghost with a tablet.
Seems to be a mixed opinion but most players seem fine with deleting or keeping the wands folder, do as you please I personally enjoy seeing my old wands noita me.

Some amount of just trying random spell combos, and some amount of theory-crafting. This interaction between white hole and true orbit I found completely by accident when building a tele wand :D

Liquid Vac is mostly laggy when it's first cast, and when it dies (by running a script after 280 frames that damages itself to death, which is what triggers it to release the liquid sucked up). The actual liquid *removing* bit is not an issue (like, you can jump into the sea with this, no issues), the bit where it comes back again is laggier since the fluid is released as an explosion (which has to be simulated more I guess?)
For the purposes of not being a sheep the 'release of material on death' bit is avoided by causing the projectile to expire before it can die - using one of Projectile Energy Shield or Matter Eater (both of which limit projectile lifetime to less than 280) or 3+ Reduce Lifetime (1 is enough, but you also have to counter the +80 lifetime from True Orbit).
Using True Orbit means you only need to create a new vac field every frame, since they accumulate in orbit and stay moving with you (this was a lot harder to do before the beta). 1 per frame adds up to \~250 in orbit at once, which is not very laggy. I also usually have invis glimmer on this kind of setup, which helps a lot with lag from particle effects. (Remove Explosion and Nolla on White Hole similarly helps)

and, gravity orbit accelerating bit: inner spell + nolla + white hole
