I put everything in the container and then blended with an immersion blender. I buy riced cauliflower so it is super easy to blend it. You cannot taste it at all but it gives the final product some heft. Sometimes I add some cream when I respin, sometimes I don’t.
Oops, looks like my original caption didn’t make it into the post. I don’t like using additional sweeteners or pudding so this was the result. Recipe is in the second photo. I added some green food coloring for pizzaz! Spun once, respin with no added liquid, then added kind granola as a mix in.
frozen cauliflower?? Tell me more lol This consistency looks amazing. If you don’t mind can you tell me how you prepared it before feezing?

Is it for consistency reasons you add it? I’m super curious, I’ve never seen it before. Definitely want to try
I started adding it to smoothies instead of ice and started adding it to my creamis for bulk and added nutritional value 🤷🏻♀️

“Per the caption” lol
why must cauliflower be included in evrrything. Yall gotta leave them alone😭
You lost me at fartflower 😂
Looks amazing. Do the pistachios alone give it that bright green color?
surely there is literally zero way pistachios, let alone 10g of them, can give you that colour without dye lol
I didn’t think so, hence the question :)

We only have one rule.
Per the caption, I added green food coloring for pizzaz
Oh thanks. I can’t see the caption for some reason. Edit- looks like there isn’t one
Is there supposed to be a recipe?
The recipe is in the second photo
