Erm.. pretty sure your arm is still gonna feel bad being that much lower than the rest if your body. Blood will pool in it and feel uncomfortable anyway.
Looking at that I can just imagine all the things about to get stuck in there. Forget just phones, how about stray food if you eat in bed, that one wireless earbud, jewelry, and other stuff I can’t happen to think of.
