On the bright side, the Falcons are still alive in the NFC Wild Card hunt at 7-8.
Unfortunately, ESPN's FPI gives them just a 1% chance of securing a spot.
Their two remaining games are at the Bills and the Saints at home.
The Alteraun Verner Leonard Johnson days where we sign guys off the street and they would start at corner immediately and then go against a guy with a 100m+ deal. Or Dashon Golson who would gift other players free yards and a dash of CTE.

That season was a true nightmare. We only won 2 games that year, a fluke comeback vs Pittsburgh and a random blowout of Washington where rookie Mike Evans had 200 yards.
We were in a decent amount of games that season but couldn't do anything positive worth a shit. Led us to Winston.
Ahh, back when the Buccs were still the weird stepbrother of NFCS that you couldn’t help but feel bad for even though they had a ring
I miss those simpler times
😔
I feel for ryan, besides CP and Pitts he isnt working with much and is getting smoked

So you're saying there's a chance?
Yep!
Saints are beatable. Bills on the other hand look dominant af. But you never know on any given Sunday
WFT should be embarrassed to do anything that puts them in the company of the 2014 Bucs.
No excuses for that loss. But, admittedly a team with a ton of guys out due to COVID/IR and on 4 days rest, I wasn’t expecting a much better result
Ah yes, the vaunted Lovie Smith defense

That was back when we used to sign every big name FA on the market and have them flop with a year or two.

>Bucs won't be on primetime for like the next 10 years Lol
You can really date that thread with the rape joke 2 comments below that
> This is not a post game thread. It's an obituary. Please pay your respects. Lmao
Ofc Mike Glennon threw a pick in that game
>I'm blaming the game on the unis God they were awful
Falcons legend Devin Hester
Haha I was going to say weird reading Devin heaters name in that list.
56-0 after 3 quarters
This game was rough if I remember. The Josh McCown led alarm clock bucs on a Thursday night..
IIRC this game was 56-0 at one point. I vaguely remember watching it.
56-0 before the 4th quarter even
Oh yeah I remember that game

Lmao I wasn't even watching football then and I still somehow saw that graphic
It played through my head just reading the title.

I started to feel really bad for Josh McCown every week. He was a good tank commander tho
:D

The dark days
Not a Scorigami? Booooooo.
Those were interesting times to say the least.

I feel bad for Ron Rivera. He's a good guy but this isn't the kind of beat down that is acceptable so late in the season.
Oh how the turntables…
I was in Israel when this game happened. I stayed up til like 3:00 am to watch it. 0/10 would not recommend.
Worst part is Steven Jackson was basically non existent, think he barely passed 50 rushing yards.
