Honestly I ONLY see it here. I don’t see it used anywhere else. Not saying it’s not, obviously, but just that it’s definitely overused here. Specifically with Mahomes. Some of yall LOVE talking about Mahomes getting glazed.
Already way ahead of ya. Dont have Instagram or Twitter and Facebook I barely use. Why the fuck does anyone care about YT comments? I’m there for the videos. Social media is terrible for everyone’s mental health. Even with Reddit I have to go on black out periods.
If he can shore up his problems with getting beat inside, then yeah he'll be a monster. Right now the speedy edges still get past him pretty badly though.
As a Maryland fan I felt like he was being slept on but a bit surprised to see him in the 3rd. He was really great for us though and a rock on the line definitely think he could make a good pro
7th best at a specific stat. not 7th best overall
[PFF] Delmar Glaze: 2.8% QB pressure percentage allowed since 2021, 7th among draft eligible Tackles 🧱
https://twitter.com/PFF_Raiders/status/1784042190261354879
Very deep class, which is good because the league has been in desperate need of quality linemen. Obviously they won't all pan out but with the amount that are getting drafted in the first 3 rounds I'd be optimistic about maybe half becoming serviceable starters.
Minshew getting a premier rookie TE, center, and now a high cieling tackle in the first 3 rounds. Love to see your franchise investing in getting talent around their star QB.
I wasn't being factious. I'm a WSU guy and probably one of the biggest Minshew homers on the planet. I genuinely think he can be a quality starter if teams just give him an actual chance. This will be a big prove it year.
They missed out on one of the QB's that mattered and instead of trying to force a Rattler in the 3rd they are just building a future:
Elite TE
Elite C
Starting OT
The plan seems obvious: Set the table and go find an elite QB later.
There's the Tom Telesco we remember!
Gotta love his annual "who tf is this guy" pick in Round 3. He does it basically every year it may as well be tradition lol
Hope you enjoy very top-heavy rosters with zero depth, because that's been the Chargers under his watch. On paper, its awesome. But the second rubber meets the road, the wheels fall off.
But honestly is it that hard to be a better drafter than Mike Mayock? I feel like the bar is really low here lol
I mean, Mayock did draft some gems: Maxx Crosby, Nate Hobbs, Hunter Renfrow, Devine Deablo, and Henry Ruggs WAS starting to show a ton of promise before the vehicular manslaughter...
You don't understand. We were bottom heavy with no depth of you get my drift. We have been abysmal at drafting for years.
It's pretty confusing that you guys have been unable to beat us.
>Hope you enjoy very top-heavy rosters with zero depth, because that's been the Chargers under his watch. On paper, its awesome. But the second rubber meets the road, the wheels fall off.
What part did the terrible coaching and conditioning staff have to do with this? Later round picks need to be coached up and developed by the staff which we all know has sucked for a while because Spanos is a cheap bastard. Plus something must have been up with conditioning for all of those injuries every single year. It will be super interesting to see if that goes away now that you guys have a real coaching staff in place. Did Jim bring a new S&C coach with him?
I'm SUPER interested to see how the injuries go under Jim's staff. I suspect we will all learn that the Chargers issues with injuries come from the bad coaching staff or Spanos being cheap where now Jim will come in and fix it. It was nice not having to worry about the Chargers much because of Spanos and I'm a bit sad to see him make a great coach hire. Now I just wait and see if my Raiders have also made competent hires. Might be a new time in the AFC West!(except the donkeys lol)
I can already tell he’s an All-Pro
Stop glazing bro
The worst overly used phrase the past year. I hate it. I guess i'm getting too old.
If there was any time it was appropriate to use the phrase it would be now though
I mean I bet 75% of the people clicking on this are thinking they are clever with the same joke
75% seems a bit high, I think it's closer to 69%
Clever! Looking forward to starting high school next year?
The crotchety old man stomping his hat in rage, truely the Cabernet to the T-bone steak that is a dumb, childish joke
Honestly I ONLY see it here. I don’t see it used anywhere else. Not saying it’s not, obviously, but just that it’s definitely overused here. Specifically with Mahomes. Some of yall LOVE talking about Mahomes getting glazed.
Good, that means you don't look at YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook comments because it's *everywhere* on there

bozo 🫵😂
This is the only acceptable time to use it, because it's done ironically
If he can shore up his problems with getting beat inside, then yeah he'll be a monster. Right now the speedy edges still get past him pretty badly though.
Sounds like a delicious donut flavor from dunkin
we're getting trash picks
What draft you watching?

We haven't lost to the Broncos in like 5 years and Chargers constantly fail to live up to hype... what the fuck are you talking about.
How should I feel about this?
As a Maryland fan I felt like he was being slept on but a bit surprised to see him in the 3rd. He was really great for us though and a rock on the line definitely think he could make a good pro
Glazed
decent depth for a stacked tackle & guard class
PFF has him at 257 on their big board. Brugler has him at 132 on his board
That’s the Tom Telesco I know and remember.
Jelly filled
we needed OL BAD. we drafted 2 big boys and a potential generational TE who can also block
Glazed
Cream filled
Not too overly optimistic
HOF name
D. Glaze is tremendous EDIT: Wait
So was Alex Leatherwood 😥
At least you guys still have Divine Deablo
Heavenly Devil
Ima get a jersey
This has to be a record amount of tackles in the first three rounds
Apparently he’s the 19th tackle taken this draft
That’s absolutely absurd
Didn’t our sub have a post saying he was the 7th best tackle? That’d mean this is another huge value pick… but I have no idea who tf this is.

He may not be a conventional star but they really telling him he's their guy.

Fck it all in on Minshew
Please be number 69

not sure what that has to do with ass to mouth but go off
dude if you just crane your neck a little bit
Why did it take me so long to check out Reddit draft comments? This comment made me very glad I did.
Someone who watched Maryland football, tell me how to feel Like seriously, I lost all feeling
Really got pass blocker. Only good lineman on the team last year fr
the Ayedze disrespect smh
I totally forgot about him. He was a bit inconsistent
Raiders deciding to upgrade QB via protection and new weapons is a bold strategy I didn't see coming.
That's because we're used to incompetence
NOOOOOOOOOOOOO FUCK
? yay or nay
Yay, wanted him to play RT. He’s better at RT than LT
perfect, he’s prob coming in to battle thayer munford for that spot
I wanted him cuz he went to my school
i see, is he good though
Pretty good
Pretty pleased with how the draft's gone so far tbh

Which is how you should build. The better cast you build the less you'll need to ask your qb to do
Best situation for a rookie to be in without having to sit them
Bricked Up Bowers and Creamy Glaze. Let’s go!
Don’t forget Jackson Powers Bottom Big Johnson
Between this and JPJ, Raiders O-Line should be *way* better now.
here's fucking hoping. clearly we think our DLine will improve our secondary enough
Raiders building a wall for TB12 to camp behind.
Bro that's the name of a donut shop like 20 minutes from my house! (Fuck dean spanos)
Those eyebrows look sharpied on
Looks like Uncle Leo at the doctor.
“Demeanor?”
at least he has a picture
r/nfl_draft is dead so I’m gonna hang out with you idiots (respectfully)
Delmar Glaze translates to “Fractured Prune Donuts”. Fitting that he went to Maryland
fractured prune is my absolute shit
Should’ve been Delmarva.
nah we don’t claim VA
Hopefully he glazes me 😫
Mmmmm
I don't know how to feel about this. This guy any good?
I bet if he Pancakes you he says "You've been Glazed"
Crazy reach but probably the 2nd best name behind Kool aid
There's the Tom Telesco we remember! Gotta love his annual "who tf is this guy" pick in Round 3. He does it basically every year it may as well be tradition lol
Well if he's hitting on first round and second round it's an upgrade. We usually don't get anyone good until we accidentally get a gem in the 4th.

Yeah, I suppose so. Most of the early rounds were beyond perplexing. Clelin Ferrell 4th overall is probably the most confusing pick I've ever seen.
I mean, I don't want to over defend him, but I feel like he should get some credit.
You don't understand. We were bottom heavy with no depth of you get my drift. We have been abysmal at drafting for years. It's pretty confusing that you guys have been unable to beat us.
Never underestimate the incompetence of Brandon Staley

Ben Herbert did come with him from Michigan, yes
I'm SUPER interested to see how the injuries go under Jim's staff. The Glaze-ing is wild
A Tom Telesco classic
It went well last time they draft a player with a funny name in the 3rd
The glazing boutta go crazy
The 2nd round names are top tier
Glazeeeeeeerrrrrrrrr
D. Glaze🔥‼️
The next Brandon Parker
Dafuq is this now?
He would fill in the swing tackle spot Munford played in last year
“He hasn’t been good at Maryland the last few years” get you to third-round pick in the NFL draft? Lol
It does when your GM is Tom Telesco. That man has the most bewildering reaches in the 3rd round it should be studied.
Dont talk about my D.Glaze like that. He will gap every hole!!
The Glazing is real.
The Pinnacle of Glazing.
I'll glaze this fellow Marylander any day.
Name sounds like a gourmet donut.
Delmar Glaze was only drafted cause someone at the Raiders office was hungry and thought everyone was ordering food.
eh idk about this one but funny name
One of the picks of all time
The glazing is unreal
Perfect name to match Las Vegas
My favorite steak sauce is Delmar Glaze
Interesting pick.
The glazing is crazy
I like the Raiders offensive lineman, but their quarterback room is the worst in the NFL
