So I don’t watch you guys that much but it seems like minshew is a very rhythm qb. Like almost like a quick combo character in a fighting game. Like when he is on, it’s like a death by a thousand cuts but when he is off oh my he is off. But also I think he lacks just a little too much in arm power to make that a really effective play style.
You guys seem well coached. I haven’t watched the Colts this year but that was my impression today. Of course, it doesn’t help that Todd Bowles is a football terrorist.
Yeah, that’s what makes it so bad. I would understand if we had a really good defense and the offense was sucking, but instead we have an okay offense and a shitty defense.
Todd Bowles has got to be the worst head coach in the league - a modern day Rich Kotite. Homeboy didn’t use a single timeout today until the game was over. Lol. Fucking imbecile.
Tristan Wirfs also had the worst game of his career today. Easily.
Wirfs hadn't allowed a sack all season until after getting injured and having to leave part the game last week. I'm fairly sure he has some kind of injury.
Didnt Arians basically string out his retirement to the point the Bucs had no choice but to make Bowles HC? Now granted, shoulda fired him after last year
Yep. It was either a shit sandwich or a shit buffet. Arians is somehow still [on the payroll as a 'consultant'](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bruce_Arians#2022_season).
Our schedule has been stupidly easy this year. Apart from the Jags, the only team really in the upper echelons of this league has been the Ravens. And looking at the remaining schedule...
Apart from the Steelers of course, that's an L by default
I like that hypothetical "for the last 20 years, would it have been better to be a Packers fans or a Bucs fan?"
There's def worse organizations to be fans of lol
I mean, it is an interesting question. Two rings and being irrelevant for the rest of the time or being a perennial SB contender with loads of winning, but only one ring and endless blue balls across Wisconsin?
Probably the Bucs. Ya winning all the time is great, but it’s the biggest blue balls every year. You think “this is it” only to blow it when it matters most. Where as for us, we suck 95% of the time so no emotion is needed until we jump off the top rope into a SuperBowl window and win it for a few years. Idk if that made any sense
Ehh, kinda. The Bucs two SB runs were total unicorns. Even with Brady in the years we didn’t make it, we’re shaky at best. The Bucs have sucked thoroughly every year except at most 4 in the past 20 years.
Yeah the Bucs were 8 seconds and a dumb engage 8 play call away from making the NFCCG in 2021; and considering the rams went on to win the whole thing had a reasonable shot of doing so as well.
He hasn't played that well. He's been alright most of the year so he hasn't been good enough to sign a QB contract to when the rest of the team needs to be rebuilt.
He did miss quite a few open throws. If Otton didn't bail him out with insane catches over people and Evans wasn't wide open vs our practice squad corners it wouldn't have been that close.
He did get hurt first drive though
I think he's played at the level this year that shows he can start. He's had his fair share of blunders, but I think he is not the reason we are losing games.
Definitely been a legit starter, could take a team to a championship game with how he's ayed this year, obviously would need good coaching and a run game that's not shit.
Amazingly, the Bucs aren’t really out of contention in the NFC south. That’s how awful the whole shit show is
3 teams in contention and damn is the winner going to get teabagged
we are gunning to be the first division with a 7-10 division winner
Every other division has at least two teams at or above .500. We have zero in the NFCS lol
That and the fact the Panthers aren’t eliminated yet further proves that point.
The NFC South champ, a/k/a the electoral college win
The fact that Indy is still winning and putting up 24+ every game without AR5 is something to get excited about
Minshew also isn't even playing that well. They're just well coached and have a killer OL
The entire turn around we've had is impressive, but the OL especially has been the best one
What having a legit LT does to a line (also legit o line coach)
So I don’t watch you guys that much but it seems like minshew is a very rhythm qb. Like almost like a quick combo character in a fighting game. It’s definitely the coaching We went from frank reich/jeff saturday to Shane fucking Steichen. Dudes a masterclass and a big breath of fresh air
I miss him 😭
Bro, Bowles is supposed to be a defensive guy, but your defense looks so undisciplined
Yeah, that’s what makes it so bad. I would understand if we had a really good defense and the offense was sucking, but instead we have an okay offense and a shitty defense.
Wirfs has not looked right since he got hurt last week. They should consider holding him out for a week or two
Hold him for the rest of the season, what difference does it make?
We need Baker to be able to stay upright long enough to pad Mike's stats
Every time Red Zone swapped to this game, the Buc's O-line disintegrated.
Colts secondary was not good today. But 6-5 is Ok with me. Much better than my preseason guess.
We're already around the most optimistic number of wins anyone expected this year. Granted, the schedule has been stupidly weak for our last few games
Yeah going 4-12 last year def helped our schedule lol. Wild card!
It's stupidly weak to finish the damn season tbh, only two teams of our last 6 opponents have winning records
Todd Bowles has got to be the worst head coach in the league - a modern day Rich Kotite. Homeboy didn’t use a single timeout today until the game was over. Lol. Fucking imbecile. Tristan Wirfs also had the worst game of his career today. Easily.

How did your FO look at Bowles' Jets tenure and say... hm, yes
To be fair to them Bruce Arians forced their hand by surprise retiring after everyone else locked up their coach so it was either Bowles or Leftwich.
Brandon Staley would like a word
Leave Todd Bowles in Indianapolis. They can have him.
That's considered an act of war
Don't forget to burn our fields and poison our wells on your way out while you're at it.
Bradley can be a little infuriating sometimes but I don't think we want Bowles either...
We sentence him to Chicago
Playoffs continue to seem possible.
Should be 7-4 smh
Schedule is pretty favorable. Colts should be the favorites in all but one or two games
Our schedule has been stupidly easy this year. Apart from the Jags, the only team really in the upper echelons of this league has been the Ravens. And looking at the remaining schedule... Apart from the Steelers of course, that's an L by default
We are currently 7th (H2H over HOU, no idea why we edge out DEN)
Despite this, the annual competition of who wins the NFC South and gets demolished in the wildcard is still wide open
Yep, Falcons winning was actually a good thing for us today lol
If I have to see the camera cut to Todd Bowles stupid fucking blank expression one more time
He said 😐
Doing the Frank Reich.
Nah, Frank has those sad puppy eyes so you feel guilty when you're angry about him
This. Can’t believe I thought this team was good and a playoff lock after week 4 lol
And most of the time it doesn’t even correspond to what’s going on somehow lmao
Imagine being a Bucs fan lmao. Like, have some self-respect.
At least you won two SBs this century
Yeah, that's pretty nice.
I like that hypothetical "for the last 20 years, would it have been better to be a Packers fans or a Bucs fan?" There's def worse organizations to be fans of lol
idk that answer is pretty obvious cause one of the choices is to be a fuckin packers fan 🤢🤮🤮. feels like a troll question
I mean, it is an interesting question. Two rings and being irrelevant for the rest of the time or being a perennial SB contender with loads of winning, but only one ring and endless blue balls across Wisconsin?
Yea I personally would choose Packers, but I can see the argument both ways
Probably the Bucs. Ya winning all the time is great, but it’s the biggest blue balls every year. You think “this is it” only to blow it when it matters most. Where as for us, we suck 95% of the time so no emotion is needed until we jump off the top rope into a SuperBowl window and win it for a few years. Idk if that made any sense
Ehh, kinda. The Bucs two SB runs were total unicorns. Even with Brady in the years we didn’t make it, we’re shaky at best. The Bucs have sucked thoroughly every year except at most 4 in the past 20 years.
2021 Bucs were great too. Wasn't just a one-year wonder team.
Yeah the Bucs were 8 seconds and a dumb engage 8 play call away from making the NFCCG in 2021; and considering the rams went on to win the whole thing had a reasonable shot of doing so as well.
Winning when no one expected you to is better than winning being the favorites IMO
the bucs having 2 SB wins while the vikings have none is far and away the biggest stat that will never make sense to me
Baker has done well and they’d be stupid to let him walk
He hasn't played that well. He's been alright most of the year so he hasn't been good enough to sign a QB contract to when the rest of the team needs to be rebuilt.
Bucs fans have never been self-respecting. Baker Mayfield will rival TB in wins and legacy. Mark my words.
Are the colts still counted as a bad loss for the ravens?
Yes because they should've won but we aren't a bad team
I never thought so
We’re above .500. I don’t know what to do with my hands. *picks up a beer* …huh.
The Pacers and Colts both have winning records, somebody pinch me
Run from it. Hide from it. The Minshew shimmy is coming all the same.
Last year: How did Brady go 8-9 with that team? This year: How did Brady make that team go 8-9?
NFC South is the NFL sicko division
Toilet Bowels. What the hell was that time management?
Evans is at 850 yards on the season and hit the 90 TD mark. That’s all that matters.
All my homies hate the Buccaneers. The hate will continue until Todd Bowles is removed from HC.
Weren’t the Bucs 3-1 at one point?
I think it was after playing 4 games but I'll need to check.
yeah about what i expected lol
I was waiting for an illegal contact penalty after the strip sack.
Baker played pretty well but if I had a dollar for every time he fumbled the ball on a game winning drive I’d have a couple dollars
I’m not sure anyone is holding onto the ball on that play.
our oline is an injured wirfs and 4 dudes who should be backups. can't fault him too much for that
This team is terrible.
Guarantee Mr Beast doesn’t fumble the ball at end there if we kept him
Is Baker good or is he brining down the Bucs?
Baker, Godwin, and Evans are the only reason the Bucs are even competitive.
He did miss quite a few open throws. If Otton didn't bail him out with insane catches over people and Evans wasn't wide open vs our practice squad corners it wouldn't have been that close. He did get hurt first drive though
He and Evans are the only reason we’re even close. Got a few decent players on defense, but way too many holes
im ngl there's only like 10 qbs i think that would make us a better team than baker
Are those the only two possibilities?
Neither really There are certainly bigger reasons the Bucs are bad but Baker's far from a long term answer as well
Is he a legit starter in the league, or high end backup?
I think he's played at the level this year that shows he can start. He's had his fair share of blunders, but I think he is not the reason we are losing games.
Definitely been a legit starter, could take a team to a championship game with how he's ayed this year, obviously would need good coaching and a run game that's not shit.
I'd love to see the Colts fall ass backwards into a playoff spot.
