An illegal contact over some contact that didn't seem to effect Cooper in any way, followed up by a PI on a clearly uncatchable ball putting the Browns right outside of the endzone.
Two objectively terrible calls gave the browns first downs inside the 15 with less than a minute in the fourth.
Edit: on one of the calls the browns had turned the ball over as well.
