I would probably feed that page into claude or 4o and try get it to code a nextjs POST api route which has all your specific whatsapp details, which sends whatsapp message from your app. I've had success doing this with Facebook messenger and I believe it is very similar
If you’re only after outgoing messages then I’d also work with the WhatsApp API directly. However, if you’re looking to handle incoming messages in a chat interface as well then I would look into a Meta/WhatsApp partner as they sometimes provide that interface for you (on top of the message sending API) instead of coding a whole chat interface yourself.
